Your host, Kirk, designed and built these works of art in the midst of an incredible rainforest ending at beautiful Pan Dulce beach on the magnificent Golfo Dulce.
Constructed from native bamboo, the houses are secure, without closing you off from their fantastic surroundings. With only shuttered half walls and railings between you and the ocean breezes and gorgeous views, these beach houses bring the outdoors in. (Shutters are easily closed in case of rain and for security).
Each house has its own unique qualities, but all offer the same fantastic experience of this amazing part of the world. They are simple, yet very comfortable, handcrafted, open-air rainforest retreats that let you truly get away from it all and have a REAL vacation.

Casa Bambu
Casa Bambu is a unique “Swiss Family Robinson” house on secluded Pan Dulce beach, where the rainforest meets the sea. It sits on six acres of beautiful beachfront and world-class point break, in a small rainforest community, on the coast of the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica.

Casa Linda
Casa Linda is a fantastic, fully-equipped house with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, open air, tropical surroundings, situated right on Pan Dulce beach.

Casa Piña
Staying at Casa Piña is like having your own private nature preserve. Only 150 yards from the beach, Piña is fully equipped, open air and beautifully constructed. It is an easy one-minute stroll from the beach and a perfect monkey viewing spot.

Casa Sonrisa
Casa Sonrisa is a rainforest treehouse with great wildlife viewing. Perched up in the trees on a sloping, landscaped yard above the Golfo Dulce, it is our most private house, yet still a 3-minute idyllic walk to the beach.

There is light daily housekeeping plus a thorough cleaning every three days. Laundry service is available for a minimal charge.

Beach Fun
Kayaks, life preservers, boogie boards and beach chairs (no beach towels) are provided for tons of beach fun.
Reservations
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a house. With some exceptions, balance is due one month prior to arrival.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-out time is 11 AM. Check-in time is 2 PM. You are welcome to be at the property beyond these times, but house availability is not guaranteed. In that case, we will secure your belongings.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before arrival are refundable minus a $75 processing fee. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less before the start of your stay are refundable, less a $75 processing fee, only if we are able to re-rent the premises for the same time period (and we do our best to do that).
